Requests for projects will be considered during chapter board meetings on the dates listed on this site. To be considered please have your request in the hands of the board member a week before the meeting date. For special circumstances contact the board member by telephone.

.After project approval the project contact will be mailed information and forms to complete. After completing the project, Service teams must enclose the completed form and supporting documentation (receipts, checks made out to the Yadkin River Chapter, permission to disclose information form and donation forms) in an envelop and forward the materials to the chapter leadership board.
