Circle of Prayer

“Whenever we intercede for others, we touch Jesus’ compassion and show that we care about our neighbors as much as ourselves.”

Monday – Friday, members of St. John’s pause in prayer. Specific prayers are said for our congregational families. If you have specific needs, concerns, joys and/or celebrations that you would like to share with the people praying for you, please contact them prior to your designated day. Welcome Pastor Rothrock!!!

Rev. Lynn Rothrock of Dallas, PA will be serving as our interim pastor. Some of you may remember him. He was with us several years ago as a Synod representative. We welcome him to our church. Come to our services this month and learn more about Pastor Rothrock and his ideas for St. John's.
At the August Council meeting members of council decided to extend Pastor Rothrock's contract for an undetermined amount of time.

Senior Choir - Rehearsals will start on Sept. 2nd at 7:00pm. You can add to the musical growth of the church by offering to use your musical talents as choir members or instrumentalists. Please join us for rehearsals on Thursday's at 7:00pm. There are new anthems for the choir and new music for the instrumentalists.
