Paul and son Michael Paul Ehline |
Paul Ehline is co-founder and principal of Ehline Co. His career in construction began in the early '60s with the G.L. Lewis Co., a custom homebuilder. He worked for the Lewis Co. during his college years and again after completing a tour of military duty with the U.S. Marine Corps.
Paul's talents were recognized by a subsidiary of Denny's restaurants, C.B.R. Development Co. As national director for C.B.R., an international development and construction company, Paul was responsible for its development and construction projects throughout the U.S.
In 1976, Paul left C.B.R. to form the P.M. Ehline Company, which developed high-end homes and neighborhoods. As president he oversaw all aspects of the business. Since the 1970's Paul has worked creatively with individual clients, architects, designers, interior decorators, engineers, and planners — numbering in the hundreds — to create exceptional homes and neighborhoods for his clients.
Unlike many community builders, Paul has always kept a keen ear to the marketplace. As a result, he has for many years created homes and communities that homeowners want to live in.

Richard Ehline
As co-founder and principal of Ehline, Richard Ehline is a firm believer in employing motivated people who desire quality, excellence, and superiority of product.
In 1961 he began his career in construction with the G.L. Lewis Co., where as vice president and part owner he oversaw the financing and construction of hundreds of “cutting edge” custom and custom spec homes. The Lewis Co. literally helped establish the City of Villa Park in Southern California, and “Blackhawk” in Northern California as premier communities in which to live.
Richard's talent is his executive ability to develop and maintain organizational cohesiveness, identify objectives, and develop solutions to complex challenges in the daily administration of Ehline Co. Many of the Ehline Company's investors, partners, and present and past employees hold him in high regard for his high level of integrity.
