I am rather shy and quiet when I first meet new people but once I am comfortable I open up and become more outgoing. I enjoy a wide range of activities but I am not high adventure. I spend my weekdays with 8th grade students so nights when I don't have any church activities I can usually be found unwinding near my TV and/or computer. :) I enjoy watching several sports. My favorites are auto racing and football. I'm a 'new' NASCAR fan with 2001 being my 'rookie' season. My favorite driver? Dale, Jr!! I watch more college football than pro football. I was born a Buckeye but I also like the Hawkeyes. I like the Dallas Cowboys but without cable TV I don't get to see many of their games. My interest has faded some, especially since Aikman retired. :) Other things I enjoy are scrapbooking, camping, watching movies, bowling, playing games, dancing, and hanging out with friends. I am a Missour Synod Lutheran and active in my church. My faith is an important part of my life. I have a cat named Trekky. He's a big boy and can be quite 'chatty' near meal time but he keeps me company. |
