Hope Lutheran Church, ELCA, is located in the heart of small town, Fosston, MN. Our congregation consists of about 250 families or just under 600 members. We hold two worship services each Sunday, Easter - December, at 8:15 & 9:30 a.m. We have just the 9:30 a.m. service during the winter months of January - March.
Sunday School for Pre-K through Grade 9 children is held following the 9:30 a.m. service during the school year. We also have a Youth Forum for 10th - 12th graders during the Sunday School hour.
Our 8:15 a.m. worship is a traditional, liturgical service that follows the Lutheran Book of Worship.
Our 9:30 a.m. service is more contemporary and often includes a "Children's Bible Adventure" and special music. This service is broadcast each week on the local radio station, KKCQ AM & FM and telecast on Fosston's local cable channel 7.
Hope Church's worship and fellowship areas are handicapped accessible.
We have a nursery available for families with small children. Although this option is available, children are more than welcome to attend our worship services! Our library, located in the back of the sanctuary, also serves as a cry room.
In addition, we have remote controlled hearing impaired units for those wishing to use them. These can be used anywhere in the sanctuary.
Please feel free to worship with us any time you are in the Fosston area. Visitors are always welcome and we invite you to stay for coffee and fellowship following our 9:30 a.m. service.
Hope to see you soon!
