Clyde had a long history of leadership at Lutherland starting in 1949 and continuing up thru 1960.In 1949 thru 1952 he was at Chickagami serving as Senior Camp Director and Religion Director.
In 1953 he was the Asst. Director at Beaverbrook, and Director from 1954 thru 1956. This was the last years when it was a Adult Camp. When Beaverbrook was transformed into the youth Music Camp, he continued to serve as Director of the camp thru 1960 when Valparaiso took control of the resort.
Clyde then went on to camp management founding Camp Sonrise on Schroon Lake, NY, also a Lutheran camp.
Clyde had a long career at Concordia, Bronxville during this time which extended into 1977.
He eventually entered the parish ministry and took medical retirement in 2000. He now lives in Port Charlotte, FL. His email address is cullyskid@juno.com.
