The Harpeth Scenic River that flows through the camp has been part of the recent Nashville flood. Recent pictures are included in the Facilities section.:Today the South Harpeth River looked like a little ole thing, not the fierce force of destruction that it obviously was Saturday and Sunday. What is Rau-Wood? |

Nestled in a quiet bend of the South Harpeth River, we are a perfect spot for activities ranging from business meetings to weekend retreats to group outings. The center is conveniently located less than 30 minutes from downtown Nashville and is designed to accomodate both large and small groups for events ranging from daily meetings to overnight stays.

Who can use Rau-Wood? |
A number of Churches, Boy Scouts and other organizations currently use our facility for picnics, overnight retreats and Bible School. Rau-Wood is also frequently used for business meetings and training programs.The Nashville Lutherans, Inc. is a non-profit organization which oversees this Christian camp for these groups - who want an atmosphere in which to program religious, educational, or recreational activities for children, teens and adults.
