Welcome to Risen Savior Lutheran Preschool

Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6

Welcome! We are so glad you stopped by to learn more about our programs at Risen Savior s Lutheran Preschool.Currently we offer programs for 3-5 year old children. The schedule for next fall is as follows:

3 Year olds meet Tues. and Thurs. mornings

9:30-12:00

4 & 5 Year olds meet Mon, Wed and Fri.
9:45-1:45

We offer a bright spacious classroom with fully equipped learning centers that are designed with materials that are interesting to young children.

We use a thematic approach, which ties in various learning centers. The result is a very natural path to learning.

Our educated and knowledgeable teachers will help your child build a solid academic and spiritual foundation. Through a variety of activities your child will develop those skills necessary for Kindergarten entrance. We emphasis this learning through play and hands on experiences. After all, play is a child s work . We also have a strong focus on faith building. We teach Christian values through songs, prayers and Bible stories in a way that small children can relate to and understand.

In this Christian atmosphere, your child will be free to explore and develop skills at his own pace while being challenged and inspired.

Our caring and nurturing teachers are always there to guide your child along the way.

To provide learning experiences that develops positive self esteem and builds independence.
To respect each child as an individual, allowing them to learn at their own pace.
To give each child a positive first school experience that sets the stage for life long learning.
