There are a variety of ways in which we can serve Christ together and to become better acquainted with one another.Evangelism Callers: Members of the congregation are trained to make visits in homes of newcomers to the community, guests who visit our church, referrals, and prospective members.
Ladies Group: Christian fellowship with God and each other is found with the Lutheran Ladies Group. Service in the congregation is also a frequent activity of the group.
Altar Guild: The Altar Guild keeps the chancel and its furnishings clean, vests the altar according to the requirements of the days and seasons of the church year, polishes the brasses, places the candles, arranges the flowers, and takes care of the sacred vessels, linens, and vestments. The scheduling of altar flowers is also an activity of the Altar Guild. You are encouraged to place live flowers for special occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries, or whenever you may desire. The use of flowers is restricted during the seasons of Advent and Lent. Flowers may be placed on the third Sunday in Advent and the Fourth Sunday in Lent.
Youth: The basic objective of the youth group is to involve the young people of the congregation in the work of Christ, provide for their spiritual growth and nurture, and to promote genuine Christian fellowship among the young people of the congregation and community.
