Boy Scouts don t change the world, just a small part of it. As members of Holy Trinity (the charter organization for Boy Scouts in Berlin), we are trying to change the world, one boy at a time. Can you help us? We re in the process of converting the back of Luther Haus (Old Western Auto) into a new Scout Hall. The Scouts are projecting, within 2 years, of doubling their troop. They need room to grow. Along with the renovation, we want to remember those folks who have made a significant contribution to scouting here in town. We re planning a book and plaque within the new hall. We want to raise $8,000 for the project. Labor is free, but materials and equipment are not. Won t you help with a generous contribution? In so doing, you will honor those who have given themselves and also invest in the future. Make checks payable to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and designate them for Scout Project. To submit names for the book and plaque, contact Cathy at the church office 267-5014 or me, Lee Woida 267-4420. Do your best. Thanks.

We re looking for addresses of young adults leaving to serve in the military or attending college, so we can send them the Visitor and other communications. Call the church office (267-5014), write us at 507 Main Street, Berlin, PA or email htelc@wpia.net

Since we have no demand this summer, there is no 8 AM nursery scheduled for August. We hope this is not an inconvenience for anyone. Thank you for your cooperation. Yours In Christ, The Church Council.

This offer is valid on Sunday only, one per family with an additional purchase. If we accumulate 35 bulletins, we re eligible for a 10X14 ice cream cake!

We re collecting craft & money donations for VBS - items needed: craft glue (not Elmer s Glue), packs of multi colored markers, acrylic paints (all colors), clear contact paper, fun foam square sheets, glue, small artificial birds, decorative moss, magnet strips, 1 pompons (all colors)

We re looking for volunteers to help with crafts during VBS. If you can help, please contact Becky Philip at 634-8296 or the church office.
