1. Contributions - Please be certain you have chosen the correct envelope for your contribution to Tabor. At the beginning of each month there are several envelopes with different colors along the bottom indicating different funds. The “weekly giving” envelope has no color. It is also helpful if you put your name and amount on the envelope so that the tellers can keep track. It also makes the job of posting your account to the computer much easier. If you use the pew envelope, please indicate where you want your contribution to go and your name.

2. Attendance – Please be clear in what family members are in attendance and taking Communion. For instance if the Kennedy family has 6 members but only 5 are in church and only 3 are taking Communion, I need to know who the 5 are and who the 3 are. When I post attendance to the Shepherd’s Staff database, it shows me 6 names, then I have to decide which 5 are in church and which 3 are taking Communion. If the person posting this information in the office is not familiar with a family it makes it difficult. Guessing does not make for accuracy. Please list individuals under the family name.
