Our Payment Policy

Here is a list of payment policies currently in effect at ELCC.

1. Payment for the next month must be made in full by the 1st to be prepaid.

2. Parent may pay in two equal payments on the 1st and the 15th if prior arrangements have been made.

3. Payment AFTER the 1st will be charged a $15 late fee unless arrangements are made to make the payment in two payments.

4. Payment AFTER the 15th will be charged an additional $15 late fee and you will lose your child's placement.

5. Checks dated after the due date will be considered late payments and late fees will be added.

6. Parents may reinstate children if there is available space by making the payment and calling the Center to schedule their child.

7. Calendars for the next month MUST BE turned in by the 25th to insure a place for your child and to allow time for the billing. Late calendars will be charged an extra billing fee of $5.

8. We give a 5% discount for families of 2 or more (those who have been current with their account the previous month). This is a benefit not allowed by the state for DSHS co-pays. The 5% discount is given to families with 2 or more children who attend 19+ days per month for at least 5 hours a day. The Child Board will evaluate this benefit periodically.

We understand that this policy may, at times, be inconvenient and we hope that you will understand that past experience has made these policies necessary. In any case, please feel free to discuss any special circumstances with Chris and we will do our best to help you.
