BLUE STAR MOMS
Redeemer hosts an outreach ministry known as Blue Star Moms on the third Sunday of each month. You don't have to be "mom" of a soldier currently deployed over seas; sisters, wives are welcome too. BSM is a support group for women who need to talk and socialize with people who are experiencing the same or similar circumstances. They collect donations for our troops, box and ship them on a regular basis. Items needed are things like: white or green t-shirts, dark color socks, small packets of Kleenex, combs, small pack/cans of fruit, crackers, candy, small sized shampoos, non aresol shaving cream, toothpaste, pens, pencils, stationary, paperbacks & magazines. BSM is a non-political group. |
