Pastor Ladonna Thomas
Pastor LaDonna began her ministry with St. David’s Lutheran Church in February, 2009. She was ordained as a pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA) in 1994. Prior to that, she served six years in staff ministry as a lay person. Beyond the congregation, she served as a member of the ELCA Region 8 Transformational Leadership Team, which leads training events for congregational leaders.

Pam Kemper
Pam has been a member of St David’s Lutheran Church for 3 years and was appointed this position in 2008. She comes with five previous years of experience as a Church Secretary. She graduated from South Western High School and was born and raised in the Hanover area.
Organist/ Director of Music

Jeff Good
Jeff began his ministry at St. David's as organist in July of 1981. In 1998, he became the Director of Music. In addition to his organist duties, Jeff also directs the adult choir, youth choir, cherub choir and Handbell choir. He also is responsible for planning worship and he chairs the Worship and Music Committee. Jeff was born and raised in Hanover and graduated from South Western High School.
