OUR MISSION
The Mission of Cross & Crown is to be a Biblically-functioning community of believ- ers, reaching, rescuing and restoring indi- viduals and families through the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ.

PRESCHOOL & EXTENDED CARE MINISTRY
Our Childcare Ministry “Kids of the Kingdom” provides a loving, Christian environment for pre-school children ages 15 months through age 6. Our goal is to assist parents in raising their children in a warm and caring atmosphere, developing the social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual aspects in each child. (Preschool phone number: (847)398-7255) Hours of operation are 7:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES
Sunday School is offered to children from 3 years old through high school. Classes are on Sunday morning.

ADULT CLASSES
Adults can meet during the Sunday School hour where two Bible study options are offered. We also have small groups meeting at times during the week.

YOUTH MINISTRIES
Our High School and Middle School Youth Group ------“Remnant” ------- meets weekly (Thursday night) all year long for Bible Study and fellowship, and for a monthly special activity such as a concert, bowling, mini golf, service projects etc. Annual events include youth conventions, summer trips and leading an entire Sunday morning worship service.

MUSIC MINISTRY
We have a very “contemporary” sounding worship team and band that rehearses and leads the 10:30 am worship each week. We also have opportunities for soloists and those who enjoy singing in an ensemble. Choirs are formed for special services. Come and join us and make a “Joyful Noise”!

MISSION MINISTRIES
Cross and Crown reaches out to people around the world through missionaries and ministries that we support. Our missionaries currently serve in Brazil, Great Britain, France, Indonesia, Eastern Europe, and Canada. Four of these supported missionaries are former members of Cross and Crown.

MINISTRY OF HOPE
Our newest ministry is the Ministry of Hope, an outreach into the community for homeless and jobless neighbors and new friends. The Ministry of Hope meets at the church on Saturdays with breakfast at 9:30 am, a worship service at 11:00 am followed by lunch at 12:30 pm. Besides offering food, fellowship and spiritual growth, we also provide clothes when possible, and seek to connect needy people with other community resources. With God’s help, we seek to encourage people back to wholeness and productivity in the community and advocate for their needs in the surrounding community.
