You can update and modify how often you receive updates and under what circumstances by clicking on the "Manage My Profile" link in the far left column. Then selecting "Web Site Profile" from among the options presented.

Please note, that since the Newsletter and Sermon archives are not located on Lutheransonline, updates to these features will not be sent to participants. Rather, you can simply plan to have a new sermon each Monday and PDF newsletters and calendars posted by the last Sunday of each month.
