2006 Board
President
Sharon Anderson is the new President of the Northwoods Circuit of the LWMS. She is a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Sharon has been the President in the past so she comes to us with much experience. God's blessings to you Sharon.
Are you seizing the opportunities set before you?
We need you to carry out the world wide mission our Lord has given us to do. Programs help focus on issues and organize for action, but they are worthless without proper motiviation and properly directed action. Everything starts with individuals getting into God's Word.
When the goings-on around you seem more confusing than helpful, reflect on the peace you have through Jesus. Ask yourself what that peace means in your life. How does it change your life? Search your heart for what you might do in faith with the many blessings you enjoy under God, That's your stewardship. I hope to see you all involved in the Lutheran Women's Missionary Society and I thank you for letting me be a part of your group.

Vice-President: Monica Vertein. Monica is the wife of Pastor Eric Vertein. She was a missionary wife in Bulgaria for 8 years. Monica is the mother of 6 children. She directs the Chime Choir at St. Paul Lutheran Church. She is an awesome addition to our leaders. God's blessings to you and your family.
