Oct. 30 - Reformation Sunday . We will celebrate our Lutheran heritage, as well as our Christian unity on this Sunday, using a traditional worship format.
Nov. 6 - All Saint’s Sunday. We will celebrate Holy Communion at the altar, using our traditional service. The Bell choir will play and the quartet will sing. We will remember and honor those of our community of faith who have died this past year. They will be remembered in prayer and honored with the tolling of the church bell. Don’t forget to “fall back” for Daylight’s Savings Time! Also, remember that this first Sunday of the month is Food Shelf Sunday!
Nov. 13 - A time for Healing Prayer will be included in our traditional service order.
Nov. 20 - Thanksgiving Sunday. This will be a festive service, including choral, bell, and organ music, in which we give thanks to God for all the abundance we receive. We will use a traditional service order and commune by intinction.
Nov. 27 - 1st Sunday in Advent. We will use a traditional service order as we begin this season of preparation for Christmas. Advent Decorating - a “Gild and Graze” experience - will follow immediately, as we “gild” the church with beautiful decoration and have some goodies to “graze” on as we prepare our church for the holy time of Advent and Christmas.

This year it will be held at 7 PM at First Baptist in Two Harbors. Our Joyful Noise Choir will be among those providing music.
“In the Bleak Midwinter” Candlelight Service Dec. 14 - 6:30 PM. This is a beautiful and quiet service of music, prayer, and Scripture reading.
Christmas Morning Communion Worship Dec. 25th - 9:30 AM. This is a joyful and festive service of celebration! Although Christmas falls in a Sunday this year, we will maintain our traditional Christmas Day service time of 9:30 AM, so we will not have worship that morning at the usual 8:30 AM Sunday time.
