Calvary Lutheran Church, Rockford, IL

Calvary Guardians
	Calvary is introducing a new youth program to help protect Calvary Church. We will patrol the church grounds; checking doors and windows for security and having fun at the same. Each partrol will have about six youths with adults to supervise. The patrols will last about 1/2 hour each. At the end of the patrol the participants will receive a treat for a job well done. We will kick off this year on Monday Sept. 18th with a rally in the parking lot. Music will be provided by Erick Olson . At the Guardian's Gathering, meetings held about once a month, we will be receiving participation awards earned for patrol attendance and also door prizes. Also at these meetings, we will have interesting speakers or presentations.
