| The Outback Steakhouse Fundraiser |
The Outback Steakhouse hosted a BBQ, Outback style here at the church in July 2006, May 2007 and most recently September 2008. This event is held with the sole purpose of raising funds for our Sunday School and Christian Education programs here at Emanuel. The Outback event always proves to be a huge success! Great thanks to Raj Pancholi, proprietor of the Leominster Outback, for his continued generosity and support of our Christian Education program here at Emanuel. |

| Strawberry Festival |
The Men's Group hosts the Annual Strawberry Festival at Emanuel each year in June. This year the event will be held Saturday, June 20th from 10am-2pm. There is strawberry shortcake, hot dogs, hamburgers & cheeseburgers, soda & coffee. Strawberries will also be available for sale. |

| Camp Calumet Annual Retreat |
Every year a group of families from Emanuel head up to Camp Calumet on Lake Ossipee in New Hampshire. This is a weekend full of fun activities and relationship building. We play "Emanuel Style" Bingo where everyone wins, then there's wild water volleyball, cool crafts and a beautiful worship service held outside on Sunday morning. We invite you all to come and experience Camp Calumet "Emanuel Style"! The dates for 2009 are September 11th-13th. Contact the office for more information. |

| Midweek Lenten Service Program |
During Lent, Emanuel hosts a Mid-week Lenten potluck Dinner and Service of Evening Prayer. Members of the First Baptist Church and St. Camillus Church are formally invited to attend these weekly services. |

| Vacation Bible School |
Every summer in August we host a Vacation Bible School where children from the congregation and the community are invited to join us for a week of fun activities. We play games, make crafts, sing songs and learn a whole lot about our Lord and Savior. VBS will be held August 10th-14th this year from 9am-12noon each day. The theme is "Discovery Canyon" where kids will explore the wonders of the Word. All children from the congregation as well as the community are invited. | Annual Church Fair |
Every year we hold our annual Church Fair the Saturday before Thanksgiving. We offer a raffle table with valuable gift cards and items(always an autographed Red Sox photo),gently used books and toys, jams, jellies, fudge and other confections, Grandma's bakery, crafts, gift basket raffle, a cheese station, 'Angel" themed item table, plants, and attic treasures. And new this year, breakfast pastries and homemade donuts pave the way for our tasty signature lunch prepared by Social Ministry members.
