St John Lutheran Church- Canal Fulton

The Board of Outreach reaches out with the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Board meets monthly and strives to bring individuals into Christ's Church and specifically into our congregation, promoting an atmosphere of friendliness towards members and visitors.

Coffee Collection

We will continue to collect coffee(any type) through the winter for Haven of Rest in Akron. There is a box under the coat rack for all donations.

Health Kits

Because of many national and worldwide disaster and emergencies, Lutheran World Relief is again in need of Health Kits. For the next 6 - 8 weeks, Board of Outreach will be collecting the following items. Please bring them to church on any Sunday. These items can be purchased at very reasonable prices at discount stores, like dollar General, etc. Please see Kathy Myers with any questions.

 One hand towel, dark color recommended
 One washcloth, dark color recommended
 One bath-size bar (4-5 oz.) of soap, any brand in its original wrapping
 One adult-size toothbrush in its original packaging
 One sturdy comb, remove packaging
 One metal nail file or nail clippers with filed attached, remove packaging (do not substitute cardboard emery boards for the file)
 Six Band-Aids (or similar brand), preferable ˝” to ľ”; secure together with a rubber band

BINGO PRIZES
	Bingo Prizes Many thanks to all the faithful contributors to our Bingo Prize box for St. Luke Home. Anytime you have sample sizes of soap, shampoo, lotion, costume jewelry, any small items that can be used for bingo prizes for the elderly, just drop them in the box in the lobby under the coat rack.
