We are adding another class Saturdays from 9:15-10:00 10/10, 10/17, 10/24 and 10/31.
It is jazzercise routines, but put together in a format where there is a warm up, 3 cardios, 3 standing leg routines, a descend to the floor and 3 leg routines on the floor, with a stretch end. High intensity interval workout focused on the lower body, called Lower Body Boom! It’s an extra fee of $60 for 4 weeks – there will be classes at Lake Cable as well that people can go to on Friday at 4:45 and two on Sunday 9am and 4:30pm
