Together we are:
•A gathering of growing disciples seeking to discover and use our gifts for ministry, committed to prayer, study, and giving to God and others.
•A vibrant, welcoming, and loving congregation engaged in creative, dynamic, and participatory worship.
•A network of small groups of disciples with a common focus on prayer, study, and lively conversation about the bible, faith, and everyday life, creating an environment of mutual support and accountability.

2009 Goals
•Recruitment and training for 2 new small group leaders each year in next five years, with each leader beginning a new group of at least 4 people
•The number of people involved in worship preparation and leadership roles will increase by 5%
•Increase adult Sunday School attendance by 10%
•Grow in worship attendance 5%
•Participation in youth group will grow by at least 20%
