JUDGMENT
In the above prosecution the defendant Joe Genna
Having been regularly tried on a bill of indictment
Charging him with the murder of Joe Brevelle
And the jury impaneled for such trial having returned
A verdict of guilty as charged
It is therefore considered that the said JOE GENNA
be confined in jail until a time to be fixed by the
Governor of Louisiana and then to be taken to a place
of execution and then and there be hanged by the neck until dead.

IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, the said MOLTON BRASSEAUX
be confined in jail until a time to be fixed by the Governor of Louisiana
and then to be taken to a place of execution and then and there be hanged
