Ken is a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Emlenton, PA.  He and his wife, Judith celebrated their forty seventh wedding anniversary last June.  They have three children and fourteen grandchildren.  Ken is currently serving as President.

Ann Cheers has been a life long member of Salem Lutheran Church in Lamartine, Clarion County.  She is active in her WELCA, a choir member, and assistant pianist.  Ann has just retired from teaching elementary students at A-C Valley Schools.  She lives with her husband of 43 years Richard Cheers.  They are the proud parents of 3 children, 2 exchange student daughters, and 7 grandchildren.  Ann enjoys reading, doing Sudoku, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Joyce is a member of Christ (Rupp) Lutheran Church, Kittanning Twp.  She is active in her church and teaches Sunday School.  She has been married to Dan for over 17 years.  They are blessed with two children, Mark and Katie, and a beautiful grandson, Dyllen.  Joyce served as the first Records Director for the Clarion Chapter and currently holds that position.

Laura Mae is 73 years old, married to David W. Baker, one daughter, Rebecca Sue, and mentor to many other darlings she has enjoyed during her life.

Her education includes a degree in Human Resource Management, Elementary & Religious Education, Paralegal, Real Estate, financial management, Grant Writing, certifications related to items in the work history.  Work History includes but is not limited to 29 years as the Jefferson County Area Agency on Aging, Executive Director with $3 million annual budget, $3 million in assets, 66 employees, 15 sub-contractors, 11 locations, and 100's of volunteers annually:  Elementary & Religious Education, Paralegal, Notary, Motor Vehicle, tax preparation, Real Estate.  Previous employment in retail, banking, parish worker, choir director.

Volunteer Services include but not limited to:  a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Knox, Pa. serving as Church Council President, Sunday School Teacher, Bible Study Leader, and volunteer when and where needed; Board Member and Foundation Board Member for the Venango-Clarion VNA. Hospice volunteer, NWPAwelca Vice President, Clarion County Chapter Financial Director.

Helen has been a member of First Lutheran Church in Rural Valley for 39 years, where she has served in just about every position.  She is married to Donald & they have 3 children: one son (deceased), 2 daughters, and 4 grandchildren. She is retired from Head start where she was a preschool teacher for 18 years.  She recently retired from ARIN IU 28.  She previously served on the Lutheran Brotherhood board in Indiana County, & is currently serving on the  Clarion County Chapter Board as Community Service Team Director.

Helen is a member of Jerusalem Lutheran Church, New Bethlehem, PA.  She is secretary of the church, is on church council, and on the three-church parish council.  She belongs to the Goheenville Home Extension group and a ladies' card club.  Helen has a son and a daughter, and two grandchildren.  She enjoys being with family and friends.  She currently holds the position of Events Director of the Clarion County Chapter.

Assistant Financial Director

Marie is currently serving as Assistant Financial Director. She is seeking the same position. She belongs to Holy Trinity, Shippenville. She retired in May 2004 as the school nurse at Keystone School District. She is married to Art and has three daughters and three grandchildren. She likes to read and go on Honda Goldwing trips.
