Care Abounds in Communities® vs. Care in Congregations®

The easiest way to determine if your project qualifies for Care Abound in Communities® or Care in Congregations® is to determine who the ultimate recipient of the funds will be.

· If the request is for a Lutheran congregation; apply through the Care in Congregations® program.

 · If the request is for a 501(c)(3) non-for-profit organization or an individual(s) and/or family in need; a apply through the Care Abounds in Communities® program.

To request approval for a Care Abounds in Communities® project, contact your local chapter leadership board.
