Congregational Coordinators - We need your help!
The purpose of this newsletter is to provide you with a page which you can reproduce and use as a bulletin insert. Please advertise the Thrivent Builds day at the Brewers in your congregation. We have a limited number of tickets available, and they are being offered on a first-come, first-serve basis to the members of all of our Iowa County Lutheran churches. To sweeten the deal, the Iowa County Chapter of Thrivent is paying $5.00 of the already reduced ticket price from our chapter operating funds. This makes an evening at the ball park very affordable for you, your family, your friends, and the members from your congregations. We would appreciate it if you could make photocopies of the following page and include it in your church bulletins or hand them out at your church services. You can also use the information to make posters or to get the information out to your congregation's members in other ways.
Many of the members of your Iowa County Chapter Leadership Board are planning on attending this game. Come out and join us and Thrivent members from all over Wisconsin for this ball game and please spread the word in your congregation. Thanks in advance for your help!

WHEN: Saturday, May 30, 2009 - 6:05 p.m. start (Parking lot opens at 3 p.m. and Gates at 4 p.m.)
WHERE: Miller Park, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
WHY: You get a great deal on ticket prices and $5 of your ticket price is donated to Thrivent Builds.
There are a limited number of tickets available and they are being offered on a first come, first serve basis. The Iowa County Chapter of Thrivent is paying $5 toward the already reduced ticket prices. There will be no exact choice of seats but they will be in the sections as follows:
1. $19 - Field Outfield Box. These tickets will be in sections 106-108, 128-131.
2. $14 - Loge Bleachers. These tickets will be in sections 201, 203-205, 237.
3. $7 - Terrace Reserved. These tickets will be in sections 404-408, 433-434.
TICKET ORDER INFORMATION: Contact Cathy Bramlett by telephone (608- 935-9317) or by email (kathleen.bramlett@thrivent.com) with the number and type of tickets that you want. She will make arrangements with you to pick up and pay for the tickets.
CHARTER BUS: We can charter a bus if there is enough interest. 47 people can ride the bus at a cost of $21 per person in addition to the ticket price. The bus price per person increases if less than 47 people are interested. Contact Cathy soon if interested. General parking for cars: $8 in advance, $10 game day.
