                                   to our annual Appreciation dinner and Training conference.

*  $25 attendance incentive for each coordinator or congregational substitute attending (3 maximum)
*  Bring your log-in information if you plan to stay for the hands-on computer session

Fruit Soup of Scandanavian origin
Cook until tender in 6 cups of water:      1 cup dried apricots
                                                              1 cup dried peaches
                                                              10 - 12 prunes (dried plums)
                                                              1/2 cup raisins
                                                              (or use packages of mixed dried fruit to equal proportions)
                                                              1 cinnamon stick
                                                              1/4 tsp. cloves



Soak overnight:                                      1/3 cup pearl tapioca
                                                              2 cups water
                                                              2 tablespoons sugar
                      Cook until tapioca is transluscent and add to above dried fruit mixture
           
                      Add lemon juice, grape juice, cranberry juice, or Hawaiian Punch
                      to the "soup" consistency.
           
                      Serve warm - (may be served plain or with cream/ice cream)
