Chapter Leader Election Invitation
Southwest Portland Chapter
 
All Thrivent members are invited to attend the Annual Election and Volunteer Banquet on
Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 6PM.

We will gather in the private Meeting Room of THE OLD SPAGHETTI FACTORY found at
0715 SW Bancroft, Portland, OR (503-222-5375  Down by the water front).

You can meet and visit with your 2011 Leadership Board and vote on your new
Leadership Board for 2012.

This will be your only chance to decide the makeup of the 2012 Leadership Board.
They will be deciding how to fund about 18-20 grants from a total of available
chapter resources of about $16,000.
Most of these grants benefit your Church's special activities.

The Chapter will provide a selection of 3 Dinner choices, nonalcoholic drinks, and dessert.  
Children are welcome.

YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS FREE FUN EVENT WITH LOTS OF TABLE FAVORS AND
SOME DOOR PRIZES TOO.


National Board of Directors Election

You're a member with a voice. Let's hear it.
 
This year, we are conducting the Thrivent Financial for Lutherans National Board of Directors election through mail and email. If you are a benefit member (generally the insured or annuitant on an insurance or annuity contract issued by Thrivent Financial, or premerger AAL or LB), you are eligible to vote and will receive election information. The opportunity to elect your Board of Directors is a benefit of your membership in our fraternal benefit society. Watch your mail or email in October for election materials.
