The West Central MI Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is again sponsoring an afternoon at the Muskegon Winter Sports complex located in the North Muskegon State park. . This will be on Sunday, Feb. 26 from 4:00PM to 8:30PM. The cost is $6.00 per person which includes all food and equipment rental. The Luge will be open from 6:15 to 8:15. You will need proof of medical insurance to use the Luge and anyone under 18 will need a parent or legal guardian to participate on the Luge. Food will be served from 5:00 - 7:00pm. Hot dogs, chips, hot cocoa and coffee. All vehicles will need a Michigan State Vehicle Passport to enter the park on Scenic Drive and Fenner Road. The event will be weather dependent. Come enjoy the sledding hill, skating, cross country skiing and the Luge. Warm up around the bonfire and enjoy the winter.
