Dec. 22, 2004 The last day any requests can be entered online for any of the three chapter Care programs. No exceptions can be made. Dec.23 to Jan. 4, 2005 The functionality to enter requests online will be shut down during this time. Dec. 31 The last day all 2004 chapter activities should be reported, if possible. While 2004 activities can be reported after this date, it's desirable to meet the Dec. 31 date for accounting purposes. Dec. 31 Last day for recording 2004 chapter election results. Enter all 2005 leaders online by this date. Dec. 31 Last day 2004 chapter leaders can access the online reporting system. Dec. 31 Due date for chapters to submit the new Chapter Depository Authorization (bank signature card) if there are changes to whom should have access to the chapter checking account in 2005. Jan. 5, 2005 Initial 2005 chapter Care program funding available. Jan. 5, 2005 First day to request a chapter Care program activity for 2005.
