| Locally Supported Activities - Report |
Locally supported activities are activities that may or may not be supplemented with Chapter operating funds or Thrivent Financial "corporate" grants. These activities involve CareTeams continuing to offer volunteer support to meet a need. Examples this year include a garage sale to help a family in El Campo, FloridaHurricane Disaster (Thrivent Financial will match up to $2M), food drives for local pantries, seeding/developing new ministries like ShadeTree in Richmond/ Rosenberg. When Thrivent Financial members are involved, we need to share more fully how we are impacting the community. Reporting locally supported activities helps.
| Opportunities - Now and the future |
Thrivent Financial offers some wonderful materials, momentos, grants, and products to support our ministries in congregations and the community.
