South Pinellas County Chapter Board Meetings 3rd Monday of every month at 6:30 PM Grace Lutheran Church 4301 16th Street N. St Petersburg, Florida. If you want to join us please call anyone on the board a few days in advance for directions regarding the room location as this sometimes changes based on the church calendar and so we have a head count as food is served .
Join Hands Day is Saturday May 2, 2009. This is a national fraternal event that encourages kids and adults to partner in a community service project. Let us know if you have a scout group or church youth group that wants to participate. Go to: www.joinhandsday.org for great ideas. Funding is available for projects. In August we will host another great Lutheran Day At the Rays. Having a winning team will bring out a bunch of folks so get ready for an exciting event. Who knows maybe we'll have a Worlds Series run again in 2009! Watch for the date on this event.
