| A MESSAGE FROM YOUR PRESIDENT |
It is my pleasure and privilege to hold the position of president of West Dodge County Chapter of Thrivent Finanical for Lutherans. My term started this past January. The board has been funding hands-on service projects, events and fund-raisers that focus on programs that make a difference by helping people with care, compassion and commitment. Please attend and support the events supported by Thrivent Financial. President, Bev Grams
| WEST DODGE COUNTY CHAPTER OUTING |
Friday, May 9th, 84 Thrivent members from West Dodge County Chapter attended the Milwaukee Brewer vs. St. Louis Cardinal baseball game. Brewers won the game in the last inning which made the fun even more special. This is annual event, so please look forward to going next year.
Are you willing to serve on the West Dodge Thrivent Financial board? Two board members have fulfilled their four year terms and cannot be re-elected. The board meets once a month for reading of the requests for funding, then evaluates each request to see that it meets the criteria of a "favorable" event, that the criteria covers the purpose, the amount requested, and, most importantly, the total estimated volunteer hours. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please call one of the board members listed on page two.
