On Sunday, October 26, 2008, West Dodge County Chapter will be holding its annual ELECTION/DINNER at BAYSIDE SUPPER CLUB in BEAVER DAM. The doors will open for registration at 4:00 p.m., with a family style turkey and ham dinner to be served at 5:00 p.m. The election meeting, recognitions and door prizes will follow dinner.
If you cannot make the dinner/meeting you are welcome to stop in and vote.
As a "Thank You" for your time, effort and dedication as Congregational Coordinators, there will be no cost to you for your dinner.
The cost for all other Thrivent members/guests attending is $5.00 per person. Reservations must be made in advance.

The West Dodge Chapter Board is asking for your support in helping area food pantries again this year.
We ask that you please bring a non-perishable food item to help this cause. For those who do not wish to bring a food item or perhaps forgot to do so and would still like to support this project, a cash donation box will be available. All cash donations will be supplemented by the West Dodge Chapter Board. The board thanks you in advance for supporting this worthwhile project.
Date: October 26, 2008 Registration begins at 4:00 p.m. Dinner served at 5:00 p.m.
