CHAPTER ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF CHAPTER LEADERS
DATE: October 11, 2009
PLACE: Bayside Supper Club, Beaver Dam
MENU: Family style turkey and ham dinner
REGISTRATION: 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
DINNER: 5:00 p.m., followed by Recognitions, Election, Door Prizes
COST: $6.00 per person/guest
Chapter operating funds will cover the remaining cost of each meal.
Congregational Coordinators -- "Thank You" for your time and dedication again this year, there is no cost to you for your meal.
If you are unable to attend the dinner, you are still encouraged to stop in and cast your vote.
Again this year West Dodge is asking you to donate a non-perishable food item for the needy. All items collected will be donated to local food pantries. We thank you for your support.
