WHO:

All Jefferson County WI Chapter of Thrivent Financial households.

WHAT:

A buffet-style Fish and Chicken Dinner. Sandy Webb will provide entertainment. Door prizes!

WHERE:

Turner Hall, 301 S. 4th Street, Watertown.

WHEN:

Friday evening, September 29. Registration begins at 5:15 p.m. Dinner at 6 p.m., program to follow. Evening will conclude at 8 p.m.

WHY:

This social event is being combined with an opportunity for benefit members to vote for 2007 Jefferson County WI Chapter Board members using ballots which will be distributed this evening. In addition, Congregational Coordinators in attendance will receive a package to take with them and use in conducting an election event in their individual congregations.

National Board of Directors Election - Your Vote Matters!

This year, we are conducting the Thrivent Financial for Lutherans National Board of Directors election through the mail. If you are a benefit member (generally the insured or annuitant on an insurance or annuity contract issued by Thrivent Financial, or premerger AAL or LB), you are eligible to vote and will receive the mailing. The opportunity to elect your Board of Directors is one of the many benefits you have as a member of a fraternal benefit society. Watch your mail in October for election materials. Please participate - your vote matters!

No walk-ins, RSVP required! LIMITED SEATING, so please RSVP as soon as possible. Your cost will be $5.00 per person over 10 years old; $2.50 per child age 5 to 10. Children 4 and under, no charge. Maximum charge is $20.00 per family unit. Again, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans households only please.

Menu will consist of all-you-can-eat Fried Fish, Baked Chicken, French Fries, American Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Roll, Brownie, Coffee, Milk, Water. CASH BAR AVAILABLE.
