Guidelines for Email Voting
- Email voting should only be used:
- Prior to the regular January meeting.
- Between the regular June meeting and the regular August meeting.
- Only on events that are time sensitive.
- The person sending the request will:
- Attach a PDF copy of the original request.
- Send it to the President for forwarding to all Chapter Leaders.
- Be the motion presenter and the President will be the second.
- The President will:
- Ask for a response and a vote.
- Notify all Chapter Leaders of the decision.
- Set up a “reply to all” on the message for discussion.
- This guideline is binding but may be altered by a majority vote.
