Guidelines for Email Voting
  1. Email voting should only be used:
    1. Prior to the regular January meeting.
    2. Between the regular June meeting and the regular August meeting.
    3. Only on events that are time sensitive.
  2. The person sending the request will:
    1. Attach a PDF copy of the original request.
    2. Send it to the President for forwarding to all Chapter Leaders.
    3. Be the motion presenter and the President will be the second.
  3. The President will:
    1. Ask for a response and a vote.
    2. Notify all Chapter Leaders of the decision.
    3. Set up a “reply to all” on the message for discussion.
  4. This guideline is binding but may be altered by a majority vote.
