Thrivent.com/newsroom now offers reporters and bloggers enhanced tools Thrivent Financial for Lutherans has launched a new online newsroom designed to provide reporters and bloggers with a comprehensive source for news on Thrivent Financial as well as general information on the topic of personal finance. The new site features traditional newsroom materials such as news releases, bios and corporate information, and now also features a reporter tools section and content library.
The reporter tools section offers in-depth information on Thrivent as well as a complete listing of interview sources including: investment analysts, and subject matter experts on insurance and annuities, banking, retirement and estate strategies. The Content Library features an Article Library with content on: retirement, charitable giving, protecting your future (insurance), mutual funds/investing, and numerous other personal finance-related matters. Reporters and bloggers are welcome and encouraged to use all or part of the information for their use and distribution. The Story Ideas section offers ideas for articles on a variety of subjects, currently including: kids and money, buying a home, debt management, and budgeting 101. Thrivent professionals are available to provide added context and information.
Additional personal finance information of interest can be found on the new Features section of the site. Currently, more in-depth information is available for reporters and bloggers on the topics of: money tips for job seekers, surviving the economic roller coaster, charitable giving: where head and heart meet, and tips for teaching your teen about money management.
