We had a very successful year dispensing THRIVENT funds throughout our northern Utah communities.  With your help and support, we were able to disperse some $11,000 throughput our norhtern Utah communities and our churches were able to use some $8,400 within their church activities.

Our Care Abounds in Communities support went for such things as the Multiculteral Messiah in Logan, to purchase  medical supplies in Mexico; Box Elder Community Food Pantry; Lutheran Quilters in Brigham City, Ogden and Roy; Good Sheopherd Homes craft sale, Easter breakfast fundraiser and the Military Mail Ministry for US troops in Afghanistan and Iraq.  Care in Congregation money was used within our churches to support church related fund raisers.

It is very important to allocate these Care Abounds in Communities and Care in Congregations funds early in the year, before year end, when the financial allocation is withdrawn by THRIVENT.

We had a very successful election of Chapter Leaders for the Board in November, with the following results:
