When you joined Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, you also became a member of our local chapter, one of more than 1,350 Thrivent chapters in the country.  As part of our chapter, you have the opportunity to volunteer with other Thrivent Financial for Lutherans members in support of your congregation, other Lutheran congregations, community causes and individuals in need.  Our chapter has funds available to add to fund-raiser activities and to support hands-on service activities.

The chapter leadership board helps to provide strategic direction, leadership planning and administration to support congregational and community service teams of members who volunteer together.  The elected leaders also allocate chapter funding to support fundraising and hands-on service activities conducted by chapter members.  In addition, each Lutheran congregation has several congregation coordinators who provide leadership and encourage participation in activities that benefit their congregation.
