Ed called the meeting to order
Admit new chapter members since last meeting (05/11/05 – 06/08/05) – 30 new members were admitted
Reviewed & approved minutes from May meeting
Reviewed & approved financial report
  We spent $27.00 for Letterhead

REPORTS

  • Pig Roast will be July 30th from 1-5pm
    • Terri will ask Becky about Jumping Castle and Face Painting – if we want to do that again and if Terri should arrange it as she did last year. FA’s from Flatirons office will have a display set up with some give a-ways.

New Business/Requests ($4,105 uncommitted program funds as of 6/8/05)

  • $1000 Relay for Life – Rotary team (6/17 - on hold-incomplete service team)
  • Ideas to assist Lutheran Family Services? (lfsco.org) – Ed will put this place on the web site for people to get ideas of service projects
  • Flatirons Habitat For Humanity inquiry from Developer Katie Brown (flatironshabitat.org)
    o Bruce explained that the FA’s from the Flatirons office have committed to helping Habitat Flatirons with pledging 15K they have also asked the area churches to come up with $2500 each to help build several homes in the Broomfield area.
    o Flatirons FA’s will also be having a benefit Golf Tourney to benefit Habitat on Sept. 22nd at 7:30am the Flatirons Golf Club will be the place
