- New Chapter members were admitted since last meeting 10/12/05
-11/9/2005.
- Minutes [October] were reviewed and approved with the following
corrections. Jim Heins name was misspelled and change from Beth Nichols
to Becky Nichols. These changes have been completed.
- Financial report was reviewed and approved.
- Cross of Christ still only has 2 coordinators, but did receive their
congregational funds.
NEW BUSINESS
- Request from Divine Savior to help with expenses for one of
their members to fix the home for a wheelchair. It was approved that
we would pay $200 of the expenses in 2005 and invite them to submit
another request in 2006. We ask for $200 of receipts and a check
will be sent from Operating funds. Arlene Skaggs will contact Divine
Savior.
- $150- Request from Rosemary Leerssen for money collected during
the Advent Soup Suppers for a college class. Approved to match up to
$200 1/1 Operating Funds 11/30-12/14
- $150 - Request from Marilee Nolte for money collected during the
Advent Soup Suppers for a college class. Approved to match up to
$200 1/1 Operating Funds. Linda Thompson will contact Marilee about
our approval. 11/30-12/14
