Mark opened meeting with a Devotion from Isaiah 9, Inviting Christ into
Christmas.
Meeting was called to order by Ed Allen,
- New Chapter members were admitted (11/10 - 12/07/05)
- Minutes of November minutes were approved without correction.
- Financial Report was approved as submitted.
- Arlene reported on coordinators for Cross of Christ, they will
receive congregational funds even though they only have 2 coordinators.
She is also working with those congregations who have not used their
funds or have not completed the activities on line.
NEW BUSINESS
- It was unanimously approved to give the Holiday Creek walk the
remaining $46 from our program funds.
OLD BUSINESS

Upcoming events:

- January 22, 2006, 5:30 pm, Wildflower Cafe, Board Dinner
- February 3-4, 2006, Chapter Leader Summit, Approved to send 10%
of our operating funds for 2006 ($780) to help with function
expenses. Registration for 8 Board members will be submitted by
Linda Thompson before December 15, 2005.
