Opening prayer – President, Mark Moore

Called to order by Mark Moore at 6:35 pm.

Roll Call:
Mark Moore, President
Harriet and Dave Couillard, Financial Director and her husband
Becky Nichols, Vice President
Connie and Ed Allen, Events Coordinator and Past President Advisory
Arlene Skaggs, Congregational Service Team Director and Acting Secretary
Bruce Hoelter, Financial Representative

The minutes for the September meeting were reviewed and approved.

Volunteer hours for the month of September include: Mark Moore -3, Becky Nichols – 8, Harriet Couillard – 15, Nancy Timm – 10, Arlene Skaggs - 2, Ed and Connie Allen – 4.

Financials: reviewed and approved.
Repair of Chapter laptop for Financial Director of $279.19 was approved.

Congregational Service Team Director reported 9 congregations have not used their allotted Care in Congregations funding. Reminders will be given to the congregations to use before December 15th.
First Lutheran in Longmont needs to replace congregational coordinator.

Elections report by Vice President:
Election places and times will be set. Candidates include Robert Cotton, Bethlehem Lutheran and Ed Mohrman, Christ Our Savior.

Thrivent Builds
A motion was approved to support the five Broomfield Churches for the Habitat for Humanity which is in the Flat Irons Chapter.

Old Business
Report on September 7th Golf Tournament in memory of Pastor Cox, 88 golfers participated.

New Business
A motion to approve $800 for Messiah Lutheran School was made. The motion was amended to grant $400 from operating funds was approved.

The next meeting is scheduled for November 9th. With no other business the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 pm.
