Opening prayer – The Lord’s Prayer led by President, Mark Moore

Called to order by Mark Moore at 6:30 pm.

Roll Call:
Mark Moore, President
Becky Nichols, Vice President
Nancy Timm, Records Director
Arlene Skaggs, Congregational Service Team Director

Review of new members was moved by Arlene and seconded by Becky for approval. The motion passed unanimously.
The minutes for the November meeting were reviewed. A motion to approve was made by Becky, seconded by Arlene and passed unanimously.

Volunteer hours for the month of September include: Mark Moore -3.5, Becky Nichols – 15, Nancy Timm – 12 and Arlene Skaggs - 6.

The review of the financial reports was tabled until January.

Congregational Service Team Director reported that congregations have until midnight on December 20th to submit funding requests for Care in Congregation funding.

A request for information was received by Mark Moore from Thrivent regarding the Messiah Lutheran school cabbage burger sale.

Elections were held and only 3 positions: President, Vice President and Records Director positions have been filled. The chapter has several positions still open including Financial Director and Congregational Service Team Director. The following actions will be taken:
-Write In candidates will be contacted and asked to serve.
- Q4 Newsletter will issue a plea for volunteers to serve on the Leadership Board
-Pray for the work of the Twin Peaks Chapter to continue in 2007
-Meet in January to assess the situation.

Old Business
Connie Allen, Events Coordinator has set the Board’s annual dinner for January 20th at the Red Lion in Boulder.

New Business
A couple new funding requested were received and tabled until January.

The next meeting of the Leadership Board is scheduled for Thursday, January 11th.

A motion to adjourn was made at 7:10 pm.
