Opening prayer – President, Mark Moore
Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Mark Moore.

The minutes for the October meeting were reviewed. They were unanimously approved as amended.
Volunteer hours since the last meeting were: Mark Moore -3, Bob Mohling – 10, Tom Cree -7, Ed Mohrman -2, Ed Allen -3, and Nancy Timm -6.
The financial reports were reviewed. Outstanding request for funds equal $12,600. The financial reports were accepted.
New members joining the chapter since October 18th were tabled until the December meeting.
Tom Cree, Congregational Service Team Director has a lead for a representative at Rejoice Lutheran from Bob Mohling. Filling the open spots at Messiah is on-going.
The 2008 Thrivent Build application has been approved for 2008. James Heins will continue as Thrivent Build Coordinator until the second house is completed.

2007 Chapter of Excellence Hallmarks have been met.
The annual Twin Peaks Chapter Appreciation Dinner will be held on Saturday,
January 19th at 5:30 pm at the Greenbriar restaurant. Spouses are asked to join
us for this annual event.
New Business
The Spangler funding request was discussed. A motion by Ed Mohrman and seconded
by Bob Mohling to provide $200 seed money for a fund raising activity to promote
community awareness. The motion passed. Spangler will be notified to contact us
if matching funds are raised from seed money.
A motion to support the Child Rescue, Inc project –Cambodia Rescue Orphanage, Krang Lovea Library on a dollar for dollar basis up to $1,600 was made by Ed Mohrman, seconded by Bob Mohling and passed.
A motion was made to support the Donna Giocomo fund raiser luncheon to cover medical expenses, on a dollar to dollar basis up to $5,000 made by Bob Mohling, seconded by Tom Cree and passed.
A motion was made to support the Sorenson Love Fund to help a Christ of Savior member with medical expenses after an extended illness, for a dollar for dollar match up to $1,500 was made by Ed Allen, seconded by Tom Cree and passed.
A motion to support the Wagon of Hope Soup Supper sponsored by Mt. Olive Lutheran Church of Aurora on a dollar for dollar basis up to $1,689 was made by Ed Allen, seconded by Tom Cree and passed. Special note will be made to the organizer to report results immediately so if additional funds become available we will be able to provide additional support for this fund raiser.
The December meeting has been re-scheduled for December 13th at 6:30 pm. This is week earlier than our regular meeting to accommodate the year end reporting requirement.
With no further business, the board meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm
