Opening prayer – President, Mark Moore
Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Mark Moore.

The minutes for the November meeting were reviewed. They were unanimously approved as amended.
Volunteer hours since the last meeting were: Mark Moore -4, Bob Mohling – 12, Tom Cree -?, Ed Mohrman -3, Ed Allen -1, and Nancy Timm -6.
The financial reports were reviewed. We have spent all the outstanding program funds. $293 program dollars as well as $466 operating funds were transferred to the Wagon of Hope Soup Supper Fund Raiser that had $12,000 in proceeds. A motion to accept the financial report was made by Nancy Timm and seconded by Ed Allen and passed.
New members joining the chapter since October 18, 2007 was reviewed and unanimously approved.
The 2008 Thrivent Build application has been submitted approved. Ed Mohrman will spearhead efforts to recruit a new Thrivent Builds coordinator. The Thrivent Build checkbook needs to be returned to the chapter for next year’s activities.
Duane Sharp and Chris Busch will be added to the Twin Peaks website and Thrivent online by the Records Director.
Kevin Ruebesam has agreed to be the Chapter’s Financial Representative Advisor. This should complete the 2007 Chapter of Excellence requirements. Tony Britt, from Kevin’s office gave us an overview of the Front Range Group organizational structure.
The chapter is still in search of a resource to assist with our website maintenance.
There was no further old business for discussion.
New Business
The relocation of funds for the Wagon of Hope Soup Supper was handled in the
financial report review.
Tony Britt presented several projects he is working on. These projects were tabled until 2008 when new funds are available if funding was not found from other chapters with remaining funds.
Reminder: The Twin Peaks Chapter will have their recognition dinner on Saturday, January 19th at 5:30 pm at the Greenbriar Inn, north of Boulder on Highway 36.
The 2007 Audit needs to be completed by February 28, 2008.
Board training will take place from January 15 -24th via teleconference sessions for each office.
Please note: Meeting time of the chapter was changed to the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm at Eternal Savior Lutheran Church in Lafayette, CO. The next meeting will be on January 10th at 6:30 pm
With no further business, the board meeting adjourned at 7:45 pm
