2007 Chapter Results

Eric Vasquez Benefit (March 25, 2007)

Working with the members of the First Baptist Church in Scott City, the Thrivent Members of Scott City assisted in raising nearly $5,000 in just a couple hours. The two groups worked to prepare a soup and dessert meal that accepted free-will donations to help Eric Vasquez and his medical expenses following a work related accident. Thrivent Financial for Lutherans members were busying bringing in the sheet cakes and serving them up while the church members donated and served up several styles of chili and soup.
