Chapter Leader Election Invitation

Pines Chapter

It is time to elect the officers for the Pines Chapter for 2008. As you may know from past elections, some positions are required and some are optional. We are able to present candidates for all of the required positions and candidates for some of the optional positions.

All voting must be in person by adult members of our chapter. Voting will take place on SUNDAY, OCTOBER 21, at each church in our chapter as listed below:

        Living Word Lutheran Church, Laurinburg
        Our Saviour Lutheran Church, Southern Pines
        St. James Lutheran Church, Southern Pines
        St. Paul Lutheran Church, Hamlet
        St. Paul Lutheran Church, Pinehurst

You are receiving this letter because Thrivent Financial has placed you in the Pines Chapter based on your zip code. Even if you are not attending any of the Lutheran Churches listed above, you are still eligible to vote. Please stop in at any of the above locations to vote.

National Board of Directors Election - You Get to Vote!

This year, we are again conducting the Thrivent Financial for Lutherans National Board of Directors election through the mail. If you are a benefit member (generally the insured or annuitant on an insurance or annuity contract issued by Thrivent Financial, or premerger AAL or LB), you are eligible to vote and will receive the mailing. The opportunity to elect your Board of Directors is a benefit of your membership in our fraternal benefit society. Watch your mail in October for election materials. Please participate - your vote matters!
